Due to a recent Supreme Court ruling states now have broader authority to require companies doing business in their state to collect sales tax.
This requires GPS, Inc. to collect sales tax or have a current resale exemption certificate for these states.
Please email, fax or mail a certificate for any state your company may do business in. We do not yet have the capability to display sales tax on this website, so a customer service representative will be in contact to confirm the sales tax amount on your order, if applicable.
